About Fast Forward and Monica Ferraris

Monica is one of those entrepreneurs that know exactly what they want and are really to delegate so that they can focus on their business and not the tech stuff.

When Monica contacted me, she was looking for someone to setup the basic infrastructure for a membership that would become the home of her future online courses and programs. She wanted something functional, easy on the eye and fully automated. We were a perfect match!

The Challenge

Monica is a very busy entrepreneurs with a lot of her time spent on working her wedding business.
She needed a solution where she could just hand over all the information we needed to implement her platform with minimal back and forth. Another challenge was that she had already purchased and installed a membership plugin that she wanted to use : Wishlistmember. No problem! We enhanced our framework to support wishlistmember and she was thrilled with it and immediately said a big YES to the project. For her speed of implementation was key (and that’s exactly what we do!)

The Result

In under a week, we delivered a fully functional platform to Monica, ready to welcome her content (videos, audios and downloadables as well as coaching call recordings). When she saw the final result she was blown away!

The fact that she has access to our membership tutorials is a huge plus for her because she knew she needed the shortcuts but wanted full control as well.

Selling multiple products & bundles

One of the requirements for this project was to be able to sell products as individual programs but to also allow to easily sell bundles.
When members log in to the system, they wanted to be able to show everything that Crystal has to offer (free and paid content) with links to learn more or purchase any piece that they did not already have access to.
AccessAlly was the obvious choice for this project because of its flexibility and its ability to support tens of thousands of members with no hiccup.

Gamification

When we suggested to Monica to add Gamification ProgressAlly to define the assignments and track progress as well as provide a safe place for her members to take notes through the private note feature of ProgressAlly, she was thrilled, it’s a great way to motive your members to consume your content but also a great way to track their own progression through the course and see where they left off.

Sharing on Social Media

We’ve added the sharing on social media feature of ProgressAlly! You can easily create links to share links and images on the major social media platforms (check out the full list here), a great way to draw more people to your free content.

Customization & Flexibility

Thanks to our membership tutorial videos, Monica has all the tools she needs to customize her platform as her business grows and to add more courses and programs. She has full control of her platform.
