We starting building private secure member areas back in 1998 in the biotech industry. In 2006 We started our entrepreneurial journey building websites and memberships for entrepreneurs. We saw a gap in the market for a WordPress solution that is fast to implement, robust and doesn’t break the bank. The Membership Launch Box was born in January 2017 and has now been implemented in over 200 sites. The Client Care Program was created to continue to support our clients on the daily tech activities around running your membership site.

IS THERE A MINIMUM PERIOD I HAVE TO STAY ON?
There is a minimum 3-month period. You can cancel anytime after that by simply sending us an email. You can’t join again for 6 months when you cancel.
WHAT IF I NEED MORE HOURS CERTAIN MONTHS?
I’ve thought about that! You can purchase extra packs of hours that are timeless so you can use them any time.
10h : $200 for Client Care Program (no CRM)
10h pack: $250 for Client Care Program PRO (with CRM)
CAN THE VA WORK HELP WITH CHANGING THE LOOK/LAYOUT OF THE MEMBERSHIP?
Absolutely. You do have to be specific in your tasks though, so things like:
– “Can you change the banner with this image attached” is a good task
– “can you create a new banner for me that is prettier?” : not specific enoug
– “can you switch the background image for the banner to this one and change the text to XYZ: this is a good task
Clear instructions is what it comes down to and making sure you break it down into individual tasks 🙂
CAN THE VA TIME BE USED TO PUT IN MY WEEKLY OR MONTHLY CONTENT?
Absolutely. The goal of this service is to remove tasks from your list so you can focus on revenue generating activities. that includes putting in new content.
I AM NOT TECHIE AT ALL? IS THAT FOR ME?
YES! This program was created so that you don’t have to worry about the tech around your membership so you can focus on other areas of your business.
So whether you’re not techie or you are but don’t want to deal with it, this was built for you.
CAN YOU CREATE SALES PAGES FOR ME?
We have a sales page template that we can use and duplicate for as many pages as you need. What you need to provide is :
– your copy for each section (and sections you’d like deleted or duplicated)
– any graphics/banners that you’d like to use
We can’t build you a “pretty sales page from scratch” with this VA service. If you need something more custom you can reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll assist you from there.
CAN YOU TAKE CARE OF MY EMAIL SYSTEM TOO?
Absolutely. It’s a different set of skills though and you’ll need to signup to our Client Care PRO to enable CRM support. We can setup your email campaigns, create your email templates and communication around your membership site.

WHAT HAPPENS TO HIOURS NOT USED?
Hours not used are not carried over. However we operate on a case by case basis depending on how long you’ve been in the system.
